Selena Gomez and The Scene have announced that they will be going on tour starting on July 24, 2011 up until September 12, 2011. They will be touring in several locations within the United States to promote their second album entitled "A Year without Rain". The album was released in 2009 but it was only this year that a tour was prepared for the said album.

Selena Gomez started gaining attention when The Wizard of Waverly Place started their season on the Disney Channel. She and the band had started making music and this is their 2nd album to date. The band consists of Selena Gomez on vocals, Joey Clement on bass, Ethan Roberts on guitars, Greg Garman on drums, and Dane Forrest on keyboards.
